  • For us, staffing is best driven from an understanding of the Company, the Environment, the People and several other specific dynamics.

    We have developed a Proprietary Method (part of our secret sauce) of mapping the Company, recognizing Cultural and Performance Imperatives, Working Styles (there are 8) and other elements that define the personality of the company and its vision.

    We help our Hiring Managers evaluate and recognize the best potential candidates and follow the process through to decision.

    Hiring Managers can easily spend 15 hours a week on just one position because of all the potential candidate flow, primary evaluation and screening process. Since most Hiring Managers already have a job that can consume every waking minute, our approach helps them manage their time to keep all the important things moving.
