    We will make sure that the Job Descriptions are well formed and have the best chance of attracting the kind of people you want.

    We will help with finding and vetting candidates and help you through the “making an offer” function if you need it.

    We tend to stay connected weekly with a primary “C” level relationship and more often with the Hiring Managers for the positions being filled.

    We keep track of candidates discovered, screened, cut and submitted as well as monitor them through the interview process.

    Our Hiring Managers typically are left with selecting who they want to interview, schedule their interviews, reviewing the results and making the hiring decision. We handle most everything else.
