    Hi Anne-Nation,

    Today I will be giving tips about how to take care of our eyes. Eyes are our sense organ of sight and if anything dangerous happen to our eyes, we would lose our sense of sight. Luckily, these tips will help you to prevent anything from happening to your eyes.

    First of all, getting regular exercise helps to improve our eyesight.

    Secondly, eating foods like carrot, green leafy vegetables and fish which are high in vitamin A and C help maintain our eye health.

    Thirdly, if you are naturally sensitive to light, avoid bright sun light and other harsh light sources. Wearing wide-brimmed hats and sunglasses with ultra-violet protection when outdoors can really help.

    Fourthly, avoid smoking because it can lead to vision loss and a condition called Dry Eye Syndrome.

    Lastly, get a good night’s sleep. You should be able to get at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night.
