    GOD’S OWN

    OKECHUKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS

    Who owns me?

    I cannot tell before…

    But now I can tell

Now I can understand the life

And I have come to know the God

    Who made all things?

    Whom I am glad

    Really owns me

And every thing that I own

    GOD’S WORK

    OKECHUKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS

God is always at work in my life

    The work He started from

The very beginning in my life

    And in your life too

    I could not understand it

    Why He made me

    I could not believe it

    Why He made me

    Yet, I know this

And I can say it clearly

    I am His

    God’s work

    Let Them Go

    Okechukwu, Chidoluo Vitus (Poem)

    They said, you are hopeless

    They said, you are weak

    It is they who said

You are not worthy of them

    Does it matter?

If God your creator said, you are special?

Come and be alone with me

    Learn the things

That can change your life for good

And do not dwell on the past

And do not dwell on their words

For they are given mouths to talk

    For they knew your worth

Which is needed to be hidden?

But if you come to me

    And prepare yourself ahead

    You will find yourself

You will find also that your

    Family, faith, finance,

Can only be affected by those who stayed

And not by those who left.

    GODPRENEUR

    OKECHUKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS

    I am in His business

    I worked His vineyard

    So He could work mine

    In doing so and so

    I carry all His spirit

    Amend in my business

I do everything that needs be

For His name and glory alone

For my work are guided by Him

And in Him I found peace

I am not just called godpreneur

People see Jesus in my business

And in my life and duty

    For they come with peace

Leaving with joy added to it.

    GODPRENEUR 2

    OKECHUKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS

    What makes us godpreneur

One mat is forced to ask

    We are spirited business

    Applying the basic of God

Who created heaven and the earth?

My business was made for a reason

    To solve a given problem

    For God and the mankind

    I started business

To fill in and out the gap

    With the love of God

    Feeling the whole world

    I am not alone

    Some one who owns me…

    He directs my business always

Him, I will account for and to

At the end of my life

    And my business

    GOD OWNED BUSINESS

    OKECHUKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS

How do I know a God owned business?

    Who can tell me?

I have worked hard to know and for years I kept learning

Who knows one day I shall know

And one day I did know

I heard the voice of God

Telling me to be strong in things

    Telling me to keep faith

    Telling me to come nearer

That all will be well with me

    And the work I do

    GOD ON MY BUSINESS

    OKECHUKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS

I placed my business and life

On the shifting ground and never knew

    I thought I was right

And I believe I could ever be

    Was in my own understanding

But to God I was a fool

Indeed a fool to His works

The cattle on a thousand hills are His

And I am struggling to work upon

    What was already given?

To Him I finally went to

And take to Him my all

    And He came and came

    My worries and pain away

All I find was peace and lack of want forever

    1. I SHALL NOT BE MOVED
      OKECHUKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS

      I shall not be moved
      I shall not be disturbed
Of the inflations of this life
Of the pains of the life we live
      Of the trials that exist
      Of the failures that abounds
For I have handed my self
And my business to God of heaven
      Who owns everything…
      Including my business
      Do the same today
And you shall not be moved.

    2. GOD HAND IN BUSINESS
      OKECHUKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS

      How do you believe
      That a business will stand
      The test of time?
      Who tells you how to
Be a good steward of business
      And keep integrity
Of what God has kept for you?
      I went to God
      And I saw His hands
      In everything that I did
Even when I am not wealthy
      I saw His hands
      And I did have peace
      For He takes away
      All the worms that eats
      Our work and business away…

    3. GOD OWNS MY BUSINESS
      OKECHUKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS

      I did not know
      How to run a business
      But I asked God
      To see me through
      It has not been easy
      So I kept praying
      So I called on God
      I was told
      It was He
      Who owns all things
      With Him
      when troubles come
      I am safe
For in His hands I am
      Do same today

      OKECHUKWU, CHIDOLUO. VITUS

      I am not ashamed
      saying God owns me
      Many has hated me
For saying I belong to God
Yet, I shall not be moved
      who I am
Is what I do for living
I saw God in my work
      daily every day
      I worked hard to own
for they belonged to God alone

      Every life was meant
To be useful to the holder
      But some life has no
      Jesus in them
      Which to every believer
Is the hope of every believer?

And scorn vain fears in life

To be happy always in good times
And sad always in times of bad

      Your crops
      Let it grow
      Let it grow
      And have it harvested
      So it produced
      Good fruits

      OKECHUKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS

      Only the righteous
      Are truly
      Wealthy
      Poverty is living
      Out of God’s provision
      And His will
      Joseph lived in God’s
      Will and was wealthy

      OKECHKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS
Where do ill wives come from?
And where do they go from?
      Will the heart be broken?
      Of who had loved them?
      Will sorrow remain?
Was God there on union day?
      When man and wife emerged
Every one his or her own part
      So, the ill wives
      Send self out the home
Or the man out of the home

      OKECHKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS

One city in Nigeria confession day
Their only sin for the youth has a name
      Akumiko
      Even the married said so
His line is always the longest
      He is an Irish priest
      He hears not the language
      Yet, he prayed for them
The day of discovering, he learnt the meaning
      Either, “adultery of fornication”
      The line began to reduce
      The priest kept to all
Repent, your sin will not find you out.

      OKECHUKWU, CHIDOLUO VITUS

      I loved to preach
      and in Africa
      I shall go
      To save God children
      If I can from tradition
      And I heard the voice
      And so I went

      I am an Irish father
      and to Nigeria
      I went to
      So began the confession
      That Thursday day
